Research

My PhD focuses on understanding the tumour microenvironment in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. To achieve this, I integrate multiple state-of-the-art methodologies, including imaging mass cytometry, spatial transcriptomics, and single-cell RNA sequencing. By investigating distinct disease characteristics—such as patient survival, spontaneous lesion regression, and different stages of disease progression—we aim to identify biomarkers that can predict disease outcome. Ultimately, this work seeks to enable more precise prognostication and support the development of personalized treatment strategies for patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.
